Choose an individual dive or a custom programme
Curaçao's two listed operators offer different ways to explore underwater. Substation Curaçao publishes individual Curasub dives with stated durations and fares. Sub Center Curaçao advertises one-day and four-day programmes priced on request, with the itinerary agreed around your interests.
Start with the time you want to spend: one dive during a holiday afternoon, a full day, or several days built around submersible experiences. Then ask about the actual underwater time, group size and total cost. A multi-day programme is not directly comparable to a per-person ticket for one dive.
Curasub's published dive options
Substation's menu lists the Wreck Dive at US$450 per person for one hour to about 135 m, the Explorer Dive at US$650 for 1.5 hours to about 200 m, and the Research Dive at US$1,000 for two hours to about 300 m. These advertised examples were checked on 6 October 2026; the operator confirms the date-specific booking.
Choose by the route and depth you want, then verify the total visit time and inclusions. The published menu includes a Sea Aquarium ticket. Photo inclusions differ between dives, so check whether the package you choose contains the images you want or whether those cost extra.
Sub Center's programme and depth rating
Sub Center advertises a Super Yacht Sub 3 carrying two guests and a pilot, with a maximum depth rating of 300 m. That is a capability rating, not a promise that every programme dive reaches 300 m. Ask for the proposed sites, depths, number of dives and guest rotation before accepting a quote.
Describe your interests and preferred dates in your enquiry. Request an itemized price that identifies the programme length, crew, inclusions, transport and cancellation terms. Confirm availability before booking flights or accommodation around a custom programme.
Meeting points, families and boarding access
Both operators give Bapor Kibra in Willemstad as their contact location; Sub Center specifies offices next to the Curaçao Sea Aquarium. Confirm the exact meeting point for your booking rather than assuming the two businesses share a check-in desk.
Tell the provider how many people are travelling and ask how your party will be accommodated. Confirm minimum age or height requirements, boarding steps, available assistance and whether guests dive together or rotate between dives. Keep the agreed meeting time and operator contact details available on the day.
Plan the rest of your day
Ask for the full visit duration, including briefings and boarding, and allow additional time for your journey to the meeting point. Leave flexibility before another timed activity. Confirm how sea conditions could change the route or schedule and what happens if the provider cannot run the planned dive.
